Initramfs recipe-YOCTO

Hi,

I generated initramfs(core-image-minimal-initramfs-imx6ulevk-xxxxx.rootfs.cpio.gz) using core image recipe such as core-image-minimal-initramfs.bb .

From the recipe, package depends on initramfs-live-boot, initramfs-live-install, initramfs-live-install-efi, so what is the major difference between boot, install & efi script. Did i need all the three?

Also, while booting initramfs, i'm getting the following error,

Freeing unused kernel memory: 412K (80a45000 - 80aac000)
mount: mounting /run/media///rootfs.img on /rootfs/ failed: No such file or directory
/init: line 196: can't create : nonexistent directory
/init: line 196: can't create : nonexistent directory
sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
