Imx6sx chip part change

Hi,

Currently, we are using the following imx6sx part in our design :

MCIMX6X4CVM08AC

Is there any software changes required to replace the above part with

MCIMX6X4EVM10AC

The difference between both is the existing part operating frequency is 800MHZ whereas the new part is 1000MHz.

Please suggest if it will work without any SW changes?

for changes of operating frequency one can consider cpu "operating-points" entries in imx6sx.dtsi :

Also for new part recommended to run ddr test

and update uboot dcd header with new ddr settings found from ddr test
