IMX8MM Crashes at smp: Bringing up secondary CPUs

Hi,

our custom IMX8MM board was working fine with the same bootloader and Kernel (No change done) and suddenly Crashed at smp: Bringing up secondary CPUs,

Let me know whats the possible reason for the crash, Any voltage to issue or software issue?

Hi Santosh

one can try to reprogram image (as it can be corrupted for example due to sudden power off)

with GitHub - NXPmicro/mfgtools: Freescale/NXP I.MX Chip image deploy tools. 

Also may be recommended to retest memory with i.MX 8M Family DDR Tool Release 

please be aware of fix-derating-conflict-issue-L4.14.98_GA2.0.0.patch,

its  software workaround has been integrated into the BSP

GA release imx_4.14.98_2.0.0 and latest  Register Programming Aid (RPA).

I had tried re-flashing the board but still the same issue i am getting. I have tested all our application with 4.14.78 version, any other workaround ?

Since its difficult to go for L4.14.98 version

Note: I have tested with new board the image works fine

one can consider mechanical or ESD damage and try to resolder or change chip.
