IMX6Q boot failed

Hi !

I am tring to design IMX6Q board.But something wrong.i set BOOT_MODE0 is 0 ,BOOT_MODE1 is 0,BOOT from fuses.It  can be boot success.(But there is actually mistake,i meant to internal boot Mode).

so i change boot setting,BOOT_MODE0 is 1,BOOT_MODE1 is 0.but it does not boot success.

The general phenomenon is that after i set BOOT pin to boot from fuses(Boot success!),then i set BOOT pin to boot from internal Boot Mode,But the board can not boot properly.

so i wonder why.

BOOT_MODE0 is 1,BOOT_MODE1 is 0   go to Serial download mode, details you can see in the RM:

     Sorry,There are mistakes in my word.In fact,i set BOOT_MODE0 is 0,BOOT_MODE1 is 1,It should be boot form internel,but it failed to boot.Then i try to set BOOT_MODE0 is 0,BOOT_MODE1 is 0,It should be boot from fuses,And it boot successfully.

So i want to know why failed boot from internel.
