IMX6Q RAM bandwidth

I'm curious about the RAM bandwidth. DDR3-1600 is currently in use. I want to raise the specification to DDR3-2133, is it possible?

For the i.MX6Q support:

• LP-DDR2-1066, 1 or 2 32-bit channels 532-MHz clock.
• DDR3/DDR3L 32/64-bit, 532-MHz clock.
