IMX6D's PMIC_ON_REQ only 1.1V

Deas:

I have an IMX6D board, and the MPU cannot boot up after power on. After testing, it is found that PMIC_ON_REQ PIN is only 1.1V, which leads to the failure of PF0100 to start up normally.

After replacing the IMX6D, the problem disappeared.And it's just one board.

Has this happened to you?

yes, probably part was damaged due to overheating or ESD.
