IMX6: voltage Rail configuration for 1GHz cpu frequency

Hi Team,

Kernel: 4.1.15

SoC: IMX6

while migrating from MCIMX6U6AVM10AC to MCIMX6U6AVM08AD below is the change we did as recommended by NXP.

With this change we are seeing booting issue so we are suspecting if we have to make any relevant voltage rail changes in dtsi. Currently following is the operating point voltage in imx6dl.dtsi. 

Kindly let us know if the above operating-point set in IMX6dl.dtsi is fine?
