How to transfer and receive data between imx board and PC?

Hello, Now I'm trying to modify UART test from imx platform sdk.

I wonder is there any method to communicate, transfer and receive data from my board. UART test is using TX FIFO and RX FIFO for loopback mode. Could I know how to transfer and receive data between my board and PC?

you can use  sz command for Send file(s) and rz Receive files.
