How to set the SDRAM EXTENDED MODE REGISTER

Hello.

I'm using a custom board with i.MX RT1062.

I want to change the EXTENDED MODE REGISTER of SDRAM.
Reference Manual (IMXRT1060RM Rev. 2, 12/2019 Figure 25-5. IP command - SDRAM MODE REGISTER SET)
States that Address and BA are "VALUE".

I also found a change in MODE REGISTER settings using SEMC_SendIPCommand () in the SDK.

Is it possible to set EXTENDED MODE REGISTER in the same way as MODE REGISTER ?
Where can I find the description of the correspondence between BA0, BA1 and VALUE ?

Best regards,
Daisuke Yoshinari

1) Is it possible to set EXTENDED MODE REGISTER in the same way as MODE REGISTER ?
-- Yes, I think so.
2) Where can I find the description of the correspondence between BA0, BA1 and VALUE ?
-- I think you need to refer to the datasheet of the SDRAM.
Have a great day,
TIC
