High Assurance Boot fails on i.MX6ULL

Using the same fuse settings and the same signed u-boot binary we can get High Assurance Boot to work on i.MX6UL but not on the i.MX6ULL. Are there any changes concerning HAB on i.MX6ULL? CPU fails to boot once SEC_CONFIG[1] fuse is blown.
