GD32A50x 's MFCOM IP is Exactly the same as NXP FlexIO

I found in GD32A50x_User_Manual_Rev1.1.pdf ,the MFCOM IP is Exactly the same as NXP FlexIO,

for each register and each bit  .

Is there any copyright infringement problem,if i use GD32A50x 's MFCOM IP ?
