Does anybody know the format of i.MX25 CSI RxFIFO?

I can't find more detailed information about camera input module. for CCIR656 interface, Does the CSI module conver the input data to RGB data automatically, or just simply store the YCbCr data in RxFIFO? if the later one is correct, the format is [MSB] Y2CrY1Cb [LSB] or  any other format?

any comment is appreciated.

Hi Sun1z,

     i.MX25 CSI module doesn't convert data automatically. It can receive data in many different formats like Bayer, YUV, YCrBr, RGB from image sensor to memory, but all necessary conversion must be done by software.

i.MX25 CSI module doesn't convert data automatically. It can receive data in many different formats like Bayer, YUV, YCrBr, RGB from image sensor to memory, but all necessary conversion must be done by software.
