DDR stress test does not work with LPDDR2

I am trying ddr stress test with lpddr2.

DDR calibration has finished without any error. but, DDR stress test does not work.

Please refer to the attached file.

<Environment>

Board : SCM-i.MX6Q

Tool : DDR stress test tool ver 2.7

<Issue>

- DDR stress test does not complete.

- I encountered this issue on GUI base and JTAG interface

<Procedure for reproducing>

1. DDR calibration execute

2. DDR stress test execute.

did you use the correct script? pls find the lpddr2 configuration script to compare
