DDR register configuration on i.MX6 Quad

Hello Sir,

Currently i am using i.MX6 quad processor and DDR part number is MT41K256M16TW-107 IT:P, in this data rate is 1866 but DDR script file Memory type i am able to see maximum DDR3-1600. 

could you help me if i choose memory type DDR3-1600 is this correct, can i use this calibration value for my uboot image.

Please help me this is very urgent.

 DDR3-1600 selection is correct, one can sellect 1600 grade for 1866 grade design.
