Our company looking for custom designed SIP module integrating together iMX CPU core, DDR3, PMIC and probably other IC's. Main reason is a highly integrated compact size and probably save some costs on BOM. Could anybody help and point where start from? At this point we have only working specification what we exactly need base on our experience from previous hardware version.
