We are looking at the i.MX6ULL and want to boot from NAND Flash and use it for file storage but we also need to use EIM to access SRAM.
We will not be using Linux
Using the PIn Mux tool if we enable the NAND interface a number of address lines of EIM are not available.
Still available are:
eim_ad0-ad7
eim_addr18-24
eim_cs0,2,3
eim_data0-15
eim_lba
eim_oe
eim_rw
This seems to all but cripple using the EIM for anything other than very small I/O areas.

you are right, as there are no much alternate pin mux options
for both interfaces, as described in sect.4.1.1 Muxing Options,
Table 8-9. EIM IOMUX pin configuration i.MX6UL Reference Manual

If both interfaces are not used simultaneously one can consider to reconfigure
muxing in application, probably adding some isolation circuit, example of such
circuit can be found in p.13 spf-27452 i.MX6SL EVK schematic:
