Android 5.0.1 "si_LK" language weird font

Hi,

We are using Android l5.0.0_1.0.0-ga in imx6 duallite and see that sri lanka language is showing weird font, which I think it's missing the fonts.

When I use MX6Q sabraboard (MCIMX6Q-SDB) with same BSP version, it shows the same. In contrast, I check that AOSP on Nexus 5 show si_LK font correctly.

Is there any patch or what is the reason that BSP is not having si_LK shown correctly?

If you need a font installed you can do it by adding it to the "fonts" folder in the android source files. I understand that only the Nexus devices have all the available fonts. Any other manufacturer needs to add the missing fonts.
