What is the active equivalent to the nt3h2111?

I need a chip that can initiate the communication and generate the 13.56MHz carrierwave

I need to communicate with a device with a NT3H2111 chip on it, så that it is correctly configured when we ship the device.

What  would you recommend?

Thank you for your response, but i think you misunderstood my question

I do not need a replacement chip. I need a chip that can act as a MASTER in the nfc communication with the NT3H2111

I need a chip that can initiate the communication eg. act as the telehone side of the NFC communication, as we need to configure the devices we produced before we deliver them. Using a phone to configure them individually is too tedious
