Hello,

In which document can I find out about the static Power consumption per periphery for QN908x?

In particular the uA usage of WDT and BOR.

the following document doesnt contain it: "Ultra low power Bluetooth 5 system-on-chip solution Rev. 1.2"

Thank you,

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience this might cause you, but we only have for the BOR  ~150pA into the pin at VDD (3V) and ~-200pA at VSS, the WDT is a digital IP, so we typically characterize the analog ones.

Hello,

Could you please check the QN9080 User Manual? I believe you will find some useful information in chapter  5 Power Management Unit (PMU)

Hello,

It also doesn't mention current consumption of BOD/WDT. Can NXP provide this information?

Cheers,
