Ideally once connected with one coordinator it should not even advertise itself. But it is able to connect to the other coordinator in the vicinity.I have tried changing the pan ID of the coordinators even.

What is the AN and version that you are working on?
The end device is connecting to 2 coordinators? Do you have the sniffer log?
