I bought several MMG30271B chips and made a PCB for amplifying a signal of 3 GHz. I used solutions for 2496–2690 MHz and 3400–3600 MHz described in the datasheet and tried to tune input and output circuits. Unfortunately, I can't get gain more than 2.4 dB of 3 GHz (maximum gain is 11.8 dB at 2.2 GHz). I also moved the chip to the factory made PCB for another amplifier and got the same results. What should I do to increase the gain at 3 GHz?
