Kinetis protocol analyzer won't launch

I'm trying to use a USB-KW41Z to sniff BLE packets.  I installed the Kinetis Connectivity Software, Wireshark, and KinetisProtocol Analyzer.  When I double-click on the desktop shortcut for the protocol analyzer program I get a User Account Control dialog, asking if I want to allow this program to make changes on this PC.  When I click YES, the dialog closes, but the program doesn't launch.  If I open the Task Manager, I do not see the program listed on the Applications tab, but in the Processes tab there is this entry: "Kinetis Protocol Analyzer Adaptor.exe *32".  The KW41Z dongle was plugged in prior to launching the protocol analyzer; it enumerated as a Virtual COM port (COM 31).  I'm running 64-bit Win7 Professional.

Any ideas?

Hi Chris,

It seems that the Net Framework is affecting the Protocol Analyzer, could you please install the last version Microsoft Net Framework?

If you still have the same problem Could you please uninstall the Kinetis Protocol Analyzer, download and install it again?

Let me know your findings.
