Is posible to replace the JN5168 with the JN5169

Can i replace the JN5168 with the JN5169?

ive seen pin descriptions and in theory the pinout is the same, can anyone confirm me this point?

We had a previous design for the 5168 but doesnt work when we replace with the 5169 and i want

to discard a failure in the soldering process of prototypes.

Hello, 

There are some differences between them. There are two main documents that will help you. 

JN5169 datasheet (page 77)

JN516x datasheet (page 89)

You can find that there is an schematic diagram, also in the pinout section you will be able to find that the pins 7 and 25 in the JN5169 are marked to be leave open as they are internally connected.
