Does KW0x (or other NXP solution) suports Sub-1GHz 6LoWPAN?

I am currently doing research for our new project - IoT alarm system for smart home.

One of requirements is Sub-1GHz wireless communication between sensor nodes and gateway (Mash and Star topology). I can see that you have Sub-1GHz Transceiver and SoC solutions.

My question: "Does KW0x (or other NXP solution) support 6LoWPAN Sub-1GHz ?"

Hello,

The KW01 supports Sub-GHz but not the 6LoWPAN, we do not have a solution with support for both 6LoWPAN and Sub-1GHz.

By any chance have you checked the Thread solutions? You might find those also interesting for the design of an alarm system, there is even one reference design for that application.
