Problem solved. After debugging I found that Keyboard Module was enabled and was causing conflict with pin used by ADC.

I don't see ADC driver in Connectivity Software so I try to configure ADC from example located in \frdmkw41z\demo_apps\dac_adc folder.
I use ADC0_IRQHandler to obtain converted value. First conversion usually is OK, but second causes reset KW41Z.
How to properly handle adc irq?
