I am investigating the old 602 and 612 RF mixers (Gilbert cell) and try to know what are the differences. I was reading both datasheets and both seems the same except in the Icc max current where 602 draws up to 2.8mA and the 612 3.0mA. I was wondering if that could be an errata since apparently the remaining characteristics all looks the same.
