EXTAL and XTAL pins voltage

Hello,

What are the maximum voltages that should be expected on the EXTAL and XTAL, and on the EXTAL32 and XTAL32 pins with external crystal resonators connected. I need these values for a stress analysis report.

Dorogoy Andrey,

• As per the Datasheet, both oscillators are powered from the built-in 1.1V LDO (although they never have full-swing between it and GND).
