You can easily update you Community Username by following the next steps:
1.- Login to the Community
2.- Click on your name, located at the top right
3.- Choose the Edit profile & privacy option
4.- Click (Change) right next to Username on the new screen that will come up
5.- Update your Community Username and Save changes
