T4240：CCSBAR： change CCSBAR from 0xfe000000 to 0xf3000000, only one core can startup

Hello,

After I change CCSBAR from 0xfe000000 to 0xf3000000, bootrom can startup, but when boot image, only can startup one core of 24 cores.

Is there any restrict for CCSBAR of T4240?
