T4240： boot: For the different FLASH BASE address, botorom can not start up

When NOR flash BA set as 0xff00_0000, and LAW of IFC set as 0xff00_0000, and size set as 16M, bootrom can startup.

but if I set the NOR flash BA and LAW of IFC as 0xf800_0000, and size as 128M, the same bootrom can not startup.

Could you please help to give some suggestions?

Please ensure that the bootrom is programmed into the uppermost physical area of the flash - i.e. at the end of 128MB.
