I am in need of using two x16 DDR3L SDRAM along with the T1042 processor. How should I go about this. Can i just connect the 32 data bits and the required ECC and MDQS, MDM signlas or is there a special way i should do them!
Yes, you need to connect your SDRAMs to MDQ[0..31] data and corresponding MDQS/MDM (and ECC) signals for 32-bit DDR interface. DDR_DDR_SDRAM_CFG[DBW] register controls data bus width.
