Such kind of doc can be access via the secure file, please kindly refer to https://www.nxp.com.cn/docs/en/user-guide/nxp-secure-access-rights-registration.pdf, but if you do not have the access right to view the files, you have to send a mail to docstore team(support.docstore@nxp.com ) with your NDA attached and request an access right high enough to have the files.
