Hello NXP Engineers:
I encountered a problem when using the MC33771C chip to collect the voltage of a single cell:
When I performed normal voltage sampling after the CtOpenFalut diagnostics exit, I found that there was always an occasional occurrence in the continuous sampling for several hours like the sampled data did not close the diagnostics. As shown below
The software is executed as follows:
StopCycleMeasu,
IntoDaigMode,
Conf_SysDiag_CFG_register_CT_ODD,
waitting_0,
// waitting_1,
Diag_ADC_CFG_register_CT_ODD,
Diag_ReadCtVoltage_CT_ODD,
clear_SysDiag_CFG_register_All,
Conf_SysDiag_CFG_register_CT_EVEN,
waitting_2,
Diag_ADC_CFG_register_CT_EVEN,
Diag_ReadCtVoltage_CT_EVEN,
clear_SysDiag_CFG_register_All_2,
clear_SysDiag_CFG_register_All_4,
QuitDaigMode,
Enter the normal mode and measure the Cell Voltage.(Occasionally the voltage looks like the picture above)
