we have a system that produce both pressure and vacuum.
according to the spec, this sensor can measure only pressure, and its graph starts from 0kPa (although the voltage doesn't, 0kPa=0.2V).

Hi Eldad,
The MPX5100DP will not be damaged as long as the pressure in port one is greater than pressure in port two (P1>P2). Hence if you leave P1 exposed to the atmosphere, then you can go as low in P2 as 100kPa, after that, the device would be saturated and would only provide an output of ~4.7v.
Since this is a differential pressure sensor, the reading you got from the sensor will match the vacuum level so, I can confirm to you that this will work for any other MPX5100DP.
