MPX5050 'Output vs Pressure' graph appears incorrect according to the transfer function?

I have modelled the sensor characteristics in Matlab using the given transfer function:

My plot does not match the datasheet plot for the Min/Max values:

I am using the transfer function given:

I'm unsure at this moment whether I am incorrect or the datasheet is. Can anyone confirm?
