S32K14xx: "Core Self Test Library" costs

Hello,

we use a S32K1xx µC in a safety relevant application. We also use the core self test library from NXP.

I´m not sure regarding the licence (see attachment). A distributor told me that the core self test library should be free now. In former times it was not for free. But he was not 100% sure and told be to put this question into the safeAssure community to get a correct statement.

What is the status regarding the licence?
