MPU start up test (SM_094) [S32K146]

Hi NXP,

1) Does NXP have demonstration examples for MPU start up test to check MPU latent fault? Or is there a recommended way to check MPU?

2) SM_095 in S32K safety manual looks similar with SM_094, if the MPU functionality is checked at start up according to SM_094, does it also cover SM_095? Or I need to design additional mechanism to cover SM_095?

1. One way to test MPU works is to configure a region and make an illegal access to it. You should see an exception.

2. SM_094 is about detecting MPU and SM_095 is about using MPU to detect failures in cores/etc.
