when i debug s32k118 with S32DS， i can't debug like step into or step over

when i use s32DS to debug code for S32K118，when i set jlink pwd like this，a problem happend——why  the debug into run mode，and i can't use  step into or step over button？ please tell me why and how to set It？

Is the program running normally?

try setting a breakpoint at the begaining of the program,then reset it.
