measure current in S32K148 tc10 sleep mode

I want to measure the current when S32K148 in tc10 sleep mode

I used SDK named phy_tja1103_s32k148 and I can see change state via LED of S32K148

then, I tried to measure the current via J19 (I already removed R59) referencing below

but the current of wakeup mode is about 49.5mA and the current of sleep mode is about 47.5mA.

I think it's not reasonable data

but when I tried to measure the current with VLPS & HSRUN & RUN mode, I can see reasonable data

What is difference between TC10 Sleep mode and VLPS mode?
and How can I get reasonable current data in TC10 sleep/wakeup?
