generate GMAC of IVT return HSE_SRV_RSP_INVALID_PARAM

I try to generate GMAC of IVT, but return HSE_SRV_RSP_INVALID_PARAM,

Hi @zh8538 

did you check if those defined values (IVT etc...) match your project? Did you try to disable data cache memory? All the data structures and variables used for communication with HSE via MU must be forced to non-cacheable region.
