The IC temperature value was obtained from the ADC0-19 channel and calculated using the code shown in the figure below. However, the temperature value fluctuates severely. What is the reason for this? How to solve it?

I used this API, but there was no improvement. The temperature value is still jumping

According to parameter TS-ACC2, Is it allowed for temperature fluctuations to occur within the range of ±10 ℃?

The temperature sensor will have errors, but there will not be such a large fluctuation
