Hello, I'm working on an eval board with an S32K312, and I'm investigating the RUN and STANDBY modes. When I input the peripherals active in the RUN mode into the S32K Power Estimation Tool, I see that the board draws almost the same current.
However, when it goes into standby mode, instead of 660uA, I see 23mA. What could be the reason for this?
I am not able to measure the current from the pins; I am observing it from the power supply. The power supplied to the board is 12V. (I use FXOSC for standby btw)

this measures the current consumption of whole board, not just consumption of the MCU. It's not so significant in run modes but but it's definitely not usable for low power modes.
Take a look at jumper J10. This is copied from schematic and user manual:
