S32K311 BIST BYPASS un-initialized RAM region

Hi NXP experts

   ctm is working on S32K311， and now ctm intend to implement BIST on selected RAM region，not whole RAM size，is there some way or command do this？like BIST BYPASS DCF

Hello,

Looking at reference manual you can only execute SRAM MBIST at once in MBIST 2 sequence.

On this device it is only online BIST, so no DCFs are involved in config of BISTs. All is done by SW.
