S32K146上电复位脚为低，无法debug

Hi，各位，大家好，最近在S32K146上遇到一个问题。我们打好S32K146的电路板，贴上S32K146（仅仅只贴了MCU和复位脚上拉电阻；晶体，滤波电容等均没贴）。上电后无法debug，用JLINK也无法连接，检查发现reset脚一直处于低电平（有10k上拉电阻）。试了几个板子，均是如此。想请教下各位为何reset脚会被强制拉低，原理图中是否还有其他需要注意的地方呢？

Hi,
The MCU keeps resetting itself when the part is blank, there is no code to be executed.
