When I use the flexio_uart of S32K144UFVLL,the data can't send out;but the same code running in demo board of S32K144UAVLL can send data.

What are the masksets of the two parts? 0N77P, ON74T, ON57U.
But based on the part numbers, both parts (S32K144UFVLL, S32K144UAVLL) support FlexIO and since it is working on the EVB, I reckon there is a HW issue.
Do you scope the pins?
Do you use SDK drivers?
If so, which version and what is the status returned by each function?
