1. Can S32K14x's PLL accuracy be ≤ ± 0.3% over the entire life cycle and temperature range. No relevant information is mentioned in the Datasheet.

2. The S32K14x external crystal input mentioned here is a maximum of 50MHz. Is it an oscillator input? From other places in the Datasheet, you can see that the external crystal's range is 4-40 MHz, which means that crystal only supports direct input up to 40MHz?

Hello chenyu@zlgmcu.com,

1.
The data sheet specifies the Period Jitter and the Accumulated Jitter over 1us (more stabilized over time), Table 22, DS rev.11.
But as you can see in Footnote 3, PLL jitter is dependent on noise characteristics of each PCB and results will vary.
The accuracy of the PLL clock also depends on the accuracy of PLL clock source, however.

2.
There are two modes configurable in SCG_SOSCCFG[EREFS].
EREFS = 0 External reference clock selected (external square input clock, EXTAL, 50MHz max)
EREFS = 1 Internal crystal oscillator of OSC selected (EXTAL and XTAL, 40MHz max)
