At the same time, I apply these steps exactly. But when I send the message to exit DEBUG mode,

1-) all regulators power on and the

2-)all regulators power off and RESET pin blinks 3 times.

This cycle continues.Something seems to be going wrong.

Iam beginner, i will be glad if you help

Please follow up the app note for operating this SBC step by step.

Better for your test used the programmed chip by NXP you can order this part instead of blank part OTP by yourself.

After familiar with EVB then you can do OTP by yourself.

I checked the VCOREMON pin. It doesn't see any problem . It is connected with BUCK1.

did you test the Vcore in your board? does it match what you setting value?

If Vcore is good,ABIST2 will pass no issue.

I knows that there is no point where I can measure Vcore directly. When I measure BUCK1 it matches the value i set.

If in the OTP just as below picture showed, in the ABIST1,you enable the monitor of  VCORE/VDDIO/VMONX by OTP, in the  ABIST2 can  monitor VCORE/VDDIO/VMON1234 ,any error the SBC will hang. especially for the VMONX the reference voltage is 0.8V.
