How flash to S32K144EVB

I execute `unified_bootloader_demo_V2.1.exe` so I can find as below.

then, I try to build `S32K144_CANFD_bootloader` so I make S32K144_CANFD_bootloader.elf

For example, I want to execute application(or firmware) I modified when S32K144EVB power on.

1.

so, I want to know how to flash application(or firmware) to S32K144EVB on `S32 studio`

which type files (.bin or .elf) must be flashed to update application(or firmware) ?

2.

and S32K144_CANFD_bootloader be marked bold as below. what is mean?

I would like to know how to change the bold project to another project.

if there exist document alike `user guide for S32 studio`, plz share the documents.

3. 

What is this `S32K144_CAN_user_config` foler ?

flash_api.bin/S32k144_App_CANFD.bin -> this files will be re-generated ? if so, how to generate this files?

ECUBUS_CANFD_uds.json --> What is this file used for?
