kindly provide me the sample code for flash read and write operation(need it for bootloader development).

1. Flash read and write of S32K118

2. memory mapping or layout (flash memory segmentation) OF S32K118 .

3. IVT Area(address details)

4. Interval timer sample code (timer configuration)

Hi,

We don’t have any Flash example code ported on S32K118,

However, you can refer to Example S32K144 Flash RW simple.

The memory map and the interrupt vector table are both attached to the Reference manual (S32K1xx_memory_map.xlsx, S32K1xx_DMA_Interrupt_mapping.xlsx).
