Error in FreeMaster Application

I connected my MTRDEVKSBNK144: S32K144 Development Kit for sensorless BLDC with PC using USB. I downloaded the Application software provided. But Application is connecting with Board but once I tried to open the Application Control Tab, Always it is popping up an error. I have attached the image please check and let me know.

Which SW do you loaded into micro?

I have just tried BLDC SW from our web and it is working correctly.

Could you share more details with me?
